Temporarily out of stock / Backordered items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges.
If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at customer@kaoticalife.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. All orders are subject to a customer verification procedure. Please ensure your address details and profile information are accurate to prevent delays in shipping. We may refuse your purchase if we find evidence of fraud.
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days in North America and 7-10 business days worldwide.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) via FedEx from Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Orders placed outside of North America may face import duties, taxes and fees which are not included in Kaotica’s item pricing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their customs office to determine what additional costs may arise upon delivery.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Although tracking details state an expected delivery date, these are estimates, and delays caused due to weather, customs clearance or misinformation are not Kaotica’s responsibility, and we are not obliged to reimburse shipping fees charged to the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied, you can return your Kaotica for a refund or exchange on the purchase price, less the original shipping fees. A return request must be placed within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition. Items that have visible wear are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer at their cost. For hygienic reasons, individual pop filter purchases are final sale and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please email us at customer@kaoticalife.com and we will get the process started for you. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please return your items within 7 business days; items returned outside of this time frame will not be eligible for refund.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit to be applied.
Warranty
Kaotica warrants your product to be free from physical defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the pop filter, pop filter removal, or microphone insertion and removal.
