What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every Kaotica product. If you're not completely satisfied with your Kaotica Series purchase,
you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Individual pop filter purchases are
not eligible for return or exchange and are final sale.
USA customers receive free return shipping with a prepaid return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. At this time, returns and exchanges are only available for orders shipped within the United States.
International Orders
At this time, returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the United States.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 15 and January 15 qualify for an extended return period of up
to 60 days from the date of delivery.
Return Condition Requirements
Returned items should be in their original packaging and in good condition.
- Lightly used products are acceptable.
- Products showing excessive wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Items that do not meet our return requirements may be returned to the customer at their expense.
No Restocking Fees
We never charge restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
Email us at customer@kaoticalife.com to begin the return process.
We'll provide a prepaid return label (USA orders) and return instructions.
Return Deadline
Once return instructions have been issued, the item must be shipped back within 7 business days.
Returns received outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

Limited 1-Year Warranty
Kaotica products are covered by a limited one-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal,
intended use of the product.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Abuse, misuse, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic wear from regular use
- Damage resulting from improper handling
Because the Eyeball is designed to securely hold a microphone, normal wear associated with microphone
insertion and removal is expected and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Additionally, normal wear of the pop filter, removal of the pop filter, and damage resulting
from improper pop filter handling are not covered under warranty.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
All orders are subject to a customer verification process. To prevent delays, please ensure that your name, shipping address, billing information, and contact details are complete and accurate when placing your order.
Kaotica reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel an order if we identify inaccurate information, suspicious activity, or evidence of fraud.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3–5 business days
Worldwide: Typically, 7–10 business days
Although most international orders arrive within 7–10 business days, delivery can take up to 4 weeks in some cases due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Kaotica’s control.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
International Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in Kaotica’s product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to determine whether additional charges may apply.
Tracking and Delivery Estimates
We do our best to provide accurate shipping and delivery estimates. However, delivery dates shown in tracking information are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Kaotica is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect or incomplete address information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping charges are non-refundable when a delivery is delayed for reasons beyond Kaotica’s control.
Temporarily Out-of-Stock and Backordered Items
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and provide the estimated shipping date.
Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional shipping cost. If your order contains other available products, those items may be shipped separately.
If you would prefer not to wait, you may cancel the backordered item before it ships by contacting us at customer@kaoticalife.com. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

Why do some artists choose to use more than one pop filter?
The Kaotica products come with a custom-fitted silicone pop filter. However, every artist has a unique sound and might have specific preferences when it comes to recording. Some might choose to use an additional pop filter or replace Kaotica's pop filter with their own to fine-tune their sound. If an additional pop filter is used, it should be placed directly against the front opening of the Kaotica for optimal results.
